Subject to any statutory rights of refund (including, without limitation, the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law), should Laracon AU take place then generally there is no right to a refund or exchange, including where a ticket holder cannot attend due to a change in the ticket holder's circumstances.
In general, tickets may be refunded within 14 days of the date of purchase, subject to the following date conditions.

| After 13th Oct, 2025 | Ticket is non-refundable |
Tickets purchased after 29th October, 2025 are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another person on a best-effort basis (e.g. badge and lanyard printing, and t-shirt sizes included with the original purchase) with consideration to the following deadlines:

To encourage attendees to self-isolate with COVID-19, ticket holders who are unwell in the seven (7) days prior to the event may receive a 50% refund of their purchase price.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement of the event, tickets will remain valid, and can be used at the next event. Alternatively, attendees can opt for a full refund.
