Subject to any statutory rights of refund (including, without limitation, the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law), should Laracon Australia take place then generally there is no right to a refund or exchange, including where a ticket holder cannot attend due to a change in the ticket holder's circumstances.

In general, tickets may be refunded within 14 days of the date of purchase, subject to the following date conditions.

Tickets purchased after 24th October, 2024 are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another person on a best-effort basis (e.g. badge and lanyard printing, and t-shirt sizes included with the original purchase) with consideration to the following deadlines:

To encourage attendees to self-isolate with COVID-19, ticket holders who are unwell in the seven (7) days prior to the event may receive a 50% refund of their purchase price.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement of the event, tickets will remain valid, and can be used at the next event. Alternatively, attendees can opt for a full refund.
